Our Team

     The members of DEEP are exceptional individuals who have overcome great odds to set up a successful Economic Empowerment Project, that serves the community and strives to educate and uplift the cause of people with disabilities throughout Namibia.

All the members of DEEP are fully trained in bicycle repairs,  and sales, as well as management.

We also have steering committee members, Mr. Simon Ndakeva (Coordinator & NFPDN representative), Ms. Hannah Kambowe ( Representative for the MOHSS) , Councilor Lotto Kuushomwa, NFPDN Representative Ms. Lovisa K Nendongo & the Business Community.

Moses Tolata

Manager of DEEP. Has a mobility disability that requires him to use crutches. Is an avid bicycle enthusiast and trained in using computer programs as well. 

Lavinia Fredrick

Secretary of DEEP. Has a mobility disability, is a trained secretary and is well versed in using computer programs such as Excel, Word and Power point.

Rosalia Abiator

Treasurer of DEEP. Has a mobility disability, and is a trained book binder.

Malakia Iipinge

Technician at DEEP. Has a mobility disability, and is an avid bicycle enthusiast.

Michael Shaehamange

Technician at DEEP. Has a mobility disability, and loves bicycles and is an avid mechanic. He is also a start basketball player and track athlete.
